Hill Country Vision Center - Bulverde

I’m new to Bulverde and needed to get set up with an eye doctor in this area. Hill County Vision provides excellent service with a friendly environment. Everyone was warm and welcoming and Dr. Forrest was the same! She’s fantastic and took time to discuss my eye health and what options were available for me. 10/10 recommend!!

Very good experience all around. Staff was extremely friendly, professional, and informative. The office is set up nicely, everything was extremely clean and overall a very comfortable and inviting office. You won’t be disappointed. Your eyes are in great care here.

All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They pay full attention to your needs/requests. Optician looked for ways to save me the most money since I am a private pay client. Glasses were ready before scheduled time.

We are very pleased and satisfied with the Service we received on my 16 year old son exam and new glasses! The stock of up to date and chic frames is very extensive! And the promotions in place, made it so convenient to get 2 pair of glasses 👓 (as a back up!)! We highly recommend them, their staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.

Edit: they made it right and I got a new pair, very glad they have a manager who cares about reviews and their customers, glad I ended up chosing this place :)

When I say good things come in small packages, I mean that hometown, warm, local small package that just takes care of you. I purchased lenses here after my eye exam and had a few difficulties in the right placement for progressive lenses. When I tell you these folks DID EVERYTHING to make it right, I mean, EVERYTHING! I PROMISE, no large name eyeglass factory compares to the service, dedication and commitment at HCVC! THANK YOU ALL!
